| The 1995
tour was set up in three separate legs. The first was a 6 night run
at Massey Hall in March. This was followed by a series of shows beginning
in Normal, IL on April 20th through a five show stand at the Fox Theatre
in Detroit ending on May 14th. A summer leg began on July 13th in
Jacksonville, OR and finished up in Columbus, OH on August 11th.
The tour covered 30 cities for a total of 41 shows. The spring consisted
of 12 cities and 22 shows, while the summer saw them play in 18 cities
for a total of 19 shows.
For the purpose of this summary, I will consider the shows from Massey Hall in March through to the Fox shows in Detroit to be the spring leg. The shows from Jacksonville, OR through to the final show in Columbus, OH will be considered the summer leg. A total of 40 different songs were played during the year. During the spring leg of the tour 38 songs were used, while during the summer leg only 33 different songs were played. Here is list of the songs played, broken into three categories - songs played during both legs of the tour, songs only played in the spring and songs only played in the summer. All of this information is based on a sample of 16 setlists that were posted for the tours, so if anyone heard anything that isn't listed here, I'd be more than happy to add the song to the list. In brackets following the song is the number of times the song appeared in the 16 setlists to give you an idea of their frequency. |
